In tribal area, even today one can observe significant health issues. Earlier, there were many cases of malnutrition in tribal area. Further, the mortality rate of children was also on a higher side. Sufficient quantity of food was not available to feed one’s family. After considering all the issues mentioned above, required work in health sector is being done to mitigate issues. Among all the work, more efforts are being spent on women’s health. Shashwat Trust undertakes activities like spreading awareness among women, looking after their healthcare, timely admission of women to hospital and conduct necessary treatment on them.
